My wife and I recently completed a 14 day trip to Italy. The planning, follow through, and coordination by Robyn was outstanding. Robyn took the time to evaluate our priorities and worked hard to make them come true. The itinerary was well thought out and allowed us ample time to experience the different cities and attractions. Hotels were in great locations, close to major attractions, restaurants and shopping. Truly a great experience and certainly exceeded our expectations!

Robyn was extremely helpful from start to finish in helping us book our Honeymoon. Robyn provided a detailed list of options within our budget. Once we selected our trip she had it booked within 24 hours, and right away she began researching various excursions we could do while on our vacation. The detailed itinerary she provided was extremely helpful. She was accessible any day of the week to answer questions I had about the trip.

Robyn planned every detail exactly as we requested. She also made our dinner reservations. It was a wonderful getaway because she was so attentive to every detail of the trip. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family, and I will be calling her the next time I want to travel anywhere in the world.

Robyn provided the perfect itinerary that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local culture at every one of our destinations. The logistical issues due to many flight and ground transfers went without a hitch!She did all of this within a tight budget for a 24 day trip.

Our trip to Alaska was excellent. Our hotel accommodations were the very best and our cruise was smooth sailing thanks to Robyn. We had a very nice upgrade to our room on the ship. I am sure that Robyn (being with Virtuoso) requested that for us. We also had a couple with limited mobility and she made sure that people were aware of our needs at each location. Robyn was easy to work with and was attentive to our every detail. I will definitely use Robyn for all my future travel arrangements. Her advise for our trip was priceless.

This was our first time to use a travel agent. Robyn did a fantastic job. She found the best possible hotel and researched many places for our family. Anytime I had a question she responded quickly and gave us such a peace about everything. She handled all the details of the trip and was even able to get us a special Virtuoso package that was wonderful! We will be planning our 25th wedding anniversary soon and will definitely ask Robyn to help us again. It makes the trip so much more enjoyable when you know someone is taking care of everything!

Robyn Jackson saved us time and money when planning a vacation to the Virgin Islands. Her experience and knowledge helped our family determine where to travel and what activites we most wanted to do. She organized everything; flights, cruise, meals, beverage packages, all excursions and airport pick up and drop off. It was the easiest and best vacation we have taken because Robyn took care of everything! In the past I have spent days just looking at vacation information, but with Robyn she did all the work. Take it from us, don't try to do it yourself - have Robyn book your vacation for you!

Excellent trip to San Juan Island and Victoria. Robyn handled all the details with great precision and efficiency. She communicated throughout the planning process up until a few days before departure. She even communicated during the trip to make sure all was well. Robyn went the extra effort to make sure our trip would be smooth as possible. She worked hard to ensure the accommodations would be a good fit for us. This was our second vacation planned by Robyn and both were flawless and excellent. She is a true professional and we appreciate all she has done!

We want to thank Robyn so much for all her work and efforts in making our honeymoon absolutely beautiful and perfect! The resorts we stayed at were exactly what we were looking for and more! Could not have imagined it being any better than what we experienced. We have both never used a travel agent before when planning a vacation so we did not know what to expect. It really was a god-send using Robyn. She had everything ready for us and then the detailed itinerary book she sent us to take along was so wonderful to have on hand. Also to have the transportation arrangements already set up and to have a personal contact there for us to help with all our activities was just effortless and amazing! Even the smallest details like her suggested tip amount for the transportation really helped us and made it all so easy to travel. So in a giant Mexican nutshell, THANK YOU! You have turned us into a Travel Agent lover for life and will definitely contact you again for our next vacation!
