I entered the travel industry in 1990 and have never found anything else more exciting. My career started with the International Travel Academy in Vancouver, then with Alaska Airlines subsidiary Horizon Air., I paid my dues and worked for 2 big agencies, learning about every kind of travel there is; the lesson was to do what you enjoy- High-end Luxury, Active, and Adventure! AAA 1993-1998, American Express Travel until 2005. In 2006, I founded Gogirl Travel until 2017. I have credentials from the Travel Institute, CTA (Certified Travel Associate; LS- Lifestyle Specialist, and DS-Destination Specialist. I won 2003 and 2004 A-list by Travel and Leisure magazine for top agents in the Nation, and D-Magazine for top honeymoon specialist in 2005. Virtuoso Member from 2010. How I work: Annual Travel Subscription, by invitation, from $ 10,000 annually. Non-subscribed who seek bespoke/custom: upfront planning fee of$2500, which includes 10 hours to plan and manage the trip. Pre-organized itineraries from cruise companies, expedition companies, or tour operators, from $250 per person. With my limited time. I do not work with partial itineraries. Loyalty or Mileage awards must be booked directly by the client.
