I entered the Travel Industry at a time when there were paper tickets, OAG airline guides, a paper tariff, and no computers.  Since then the Travel Industry as well as Luxury Travel have made leaps and bounds.

I think of myself as a very detail person, providing my clients with every aspect of their trip double and triple checked.  I am also a huge advocate for my clients whether it be contacting the General Manager of a hotel regarding a possible upgrade in room category or assisting my client in resolving an issue.
