**About Me**

Travel chose me early. From a young age, I was fascinated by the wider world; intrigued about foreign lands and people.

That curiosity led me to exchange programs in Europe as a teen, language study and earning a dual degree in French and East Asian Studies. After graduation, I relocated to Asia for 5 years, first running a Taipei office then the Singapore branch of a French-owned firm based in Hong Kong.

Subsequent roles in international sales & marketing, consulting, and non-profit leadership in Asia, Europe and the US shaped my global outlook and skillset.

Travel has been my lifelong teacher and companion. For four decades, I have planned and executed all types of travel for business, family and adventure – to 40 countries and counting. Along the way, I’ve used my French, Italian and Chinese to open doors and forge important relationships.

As life becomes increasingly digital, I believe the human touch, that makes travel so meaningful, will become even more crucial. At the heart of my business approach is a value I first encountered in Taiwan at the start of my career:

I joined the industry to create Away With Care travel advisory to share the transformative power of travel with others: busy professionals, curious families, empty nesters and seasoned travelers like me who crave meaningful journeys beyond surface-level tourism.
