Fiona Crowley Ailor

I was born and grew up in Dublin Ireland. After earning my undergraduate degree from Trinity College Dublin my first job was in Kylemore Abbey Connemara meeting and greeting tourists. It was in that beautiful setting that my love of the travel industry was born. I worked in the hotel industry in Ireland as well as with an incoming tour operator in the Incentive travel division. Working mainly with the US market I had the opportunity to travel all over the US on sales trips but also meet some wonderful clients as I escorted tours throughout Ireland. In fact, I met my future husband on one of those incentive trips and that is how I ended up living in the USA since 1998.

I absolutely love meeting with my clients either over the phone or in person and finding out what is important to them and what their wish list is. Everyone is unique and their travel journey should reflect that. My most important goal is to plan and execute the trip that my clients want - but also to add value by introducing experiences that they may never have known of if they had not come to me.

Besides being an expert in all things Irish I specialize in the UK & Europe. One of my favorite destinations is Italy and I am still exploring that wonderful country.
