My journey into the travel business was born out of a profound sense of interconnectedness and a desire to promote sustainability. My best travel memories are those when I am reminded this planet is our shared home: a stone cup of matcha tea delicately handed to me during tea ceremony in Uji, Japan; a herd of 50 wild elephants grazing peacefully in golden morning light on safari in the Serengeti, Tanzania; the quaking, bursting uproar of 78,000 football fans with the final winning goal at Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; the susurration of paintbrushes on canvas and warm laughter while painting with friends en plein air on the beach in Viareggio, Italy.
