Traci Kraus lives for all things luxury travel. As a client herself, she would spend months researching every aspect of a trip she was about to take and figuring out how her #1 client (her husband) could be wowed with a new layer of luxury. She loved planning travel with Cloud 10 so much, she quit her job to do it full time! Before joining Cloud 10, Traci worked as a corporate event planner for over 15 years. She brought together over two hundred high-profile executives and planned every aspect of multi-day conferences. Using her customer service and organizational tools she learned from event planning, she is ready to tackle the travel world. She has an interesting perspective on travel as a mother of three young children.
