Going around the circle in Preschool, when asked what I wanted to be 'when I grew up,' without hesitating I replied, 'a polygamist'. My teacher was speechless until I explained I wanted to speak many languages so I could meet and talk to people from all around the world. She then gently let me know the word I meant was 'polyglot' ! My interest in the world, cultures, and people has been an integral part of my makeup as far back as I can remember. It is no surprise I sought opportunities to live and study abroad; I married a first generation American whose entire family lived overseas; my career included working for a multinational French company, teaching foreign languages and ultimately working in the Travel industry. I devote the same attention to detail and enthusiasm to travel planning for clients as I do my own travel. Listening and understanding a clients' vision for a trip is a tremendous pleasure and I consider it a privilege to be part of the process.
