Elizabeth Detmer

Elizabeth's passion for travel made the decision to join Tara Ulrich's team at Elli Travel an easy one. Elizabeth is a bona fide beach aficionado naming Poipu Beach on Kauai, Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos and Smuggler's Cove in St. Lucia as three of her all-time favorites. She loves discovering new places to experience and is always researching the next trip. Finding what makes people happy whether it's a small boutique hotel on the water, a villa in Italy with a private chef, the service at a 5 star luxury brand partner or going on safari in Africa, is pure joy and why she chose to become a Travel Advisor.

Elizabeth grew up outside Washington, D.C., graduated from Penn State University, and lived in New York City before settling in Scarsdale, NY, to raise her family. After a 10-year career in Advertising Sales with brands including People, Time and Women's Wear Daily, Elizabeth became a stay-at-home mom to her 3 children. When she's not planning her own families' trips, she loves reading, playing tennis or paddle and watching her kids play sports.
