When I hear the question about why use a travel agent, my answer is my basic belief that a good travel agent doesn’t cost you money; he or she makes your travel experience better. Better may be in the form of a lower price, a room upgrade, a treat upon arrival or a suggestion on a wonderful experience, like a bike tour in Belfast that you would have never thought of on your own.
