Niki Kremer is a luxury travel advisor with over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, specializing in bespoke, concierge-style vacation planning. In 2016, she launched Via Travel Service, a boutique consultancy that curates seamless and immersive travel experiences for discerning leisure travelers around the world.

Her career began in corporate travel, where she worked with two of the largest travel management companies in the U.S., overseeing high-level accounts including RJ Reynolds Tobacco, North Carolina’s leading furniture manufacturers, and the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation in Chicago. This foundation of precision and professionalism now informs the elevated level of service she offers her leisure clients.

Niki designs fully customized itineraries that include luxury accommodations, private transfers, exclusive tours, and personalized activities. As a Concierge Travel Planner, she guides clients through every stage of the journey—from initial consultation to final confirmations—ensuring a stress-free and exceptional travel experience.

She stays actively engaged in the travel industry through firsthand destination visits, ongoing supplier relationships, and continuous education.
