I began my hospitality career in destination management and incentive travel. A love of luxurious hotels as I traveled with corporate incentive groups brought me to Four Seasons Hotels.

I became a Member of Les Clefs d’Or (a world-wide Association of Concierge) for over a decade. I started the first loyalty Concierge at Holt Renfrew in Yorkville before circling back to my true home at The Four Seasons, Toronto as Assistant Chef Concierge. I eventually moved to the Niagara Region, with my husband and two boys, and began managing the Spas at Vintage Hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
