I am the owner of Mosaic Travel Service, an affiliate of Tzell New England. My travel industry story dates back to the early 1980s when I was a Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration major at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In my travel career I have worked for travel wholesalers, cruise lines, tourist boards and as a travel product buyer for a large direct mail marketer. Today as a travel consultant, I most enjoy booking leisure itineraries for families or couples, whether yours is a close-knit group of two or three, or a multigenerational party of 16. I have a vast knowledge of the world, but I've lived in Europe and know it extensively.

The majority of my bookings focus on Europe, although I have booked many trips (and travelled!) to Africa, South America, Asia, the Caribbean..the list goes on!

One of the most popular destinations I sell is Switzerland, an easy place to get around because so much is accessible by train. I have hiked and skied there myself, so I can recommend certain itineraries over others, depending on who is in your group.

Japan, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam were my most recent trips..I love all these countries!
