Madeline Steuber

A lover of nature, environmentally friendly practices, and current Alaska resident, I do not like to sit still for too long. In the last 5 years, I have lived in 4 different cities, including Prague, Czech Republic. In 2017, I entered the legal industry working in corporate management. As a coordinating analyst, I helped run a case team of 20 individuals spanning 10 global jurisdictions. I traveled extensively across Europe and Asia and fell in love with different cultures, and the endless new recipes that followed suit.

My time as a case team manager required me to pore over the details leading up to trips. Every aspect from the preparation memoranda down to the layout of a meeting room was carefully considered. But, after watching my parents run a business for 32 years, my desire to help others, my love of travel, and passion for small businesses motivated me to make a change. In the spring of 2020, I took that experience with me, transitioning to a business owner alongside my mom. Together, we co-founded Steuber Travel Group. We are a family owned, female-founded, forward-thinking travel company inspired to help others feel that same spark and passion for culture we did while experiencing the world.
