I was born and raised in South Africa - a childhood deeply rooted in nature, wildlife, exploration, and conservation. We were constantly adventuring into the bush, and camped and traveled our way throughout Southern Africa. So adventure and exploration run through my blood—but I love the bliss of a luxe safari lodge, camp or boutique hotel!

After graduating from University I lived in Europe and Japan with my South African husband for 9 years, before we settled in New York.

On my own worldwide escapes (45 countries and counting), I’m always seeking out that perfect balance between adventure and luxe, and am passionate about planning seamless, authentic itineraries that are equal parts immersive and restorative. It seemed only natural that my passion for travel has become my career (after a previous career in clinical research, healthcare PR and raising kids!)

As a Mom of three, with our extended family and grandparents scattered around the world, I am well honed in traveling with kids and arranging family and multi-generational travel - no matter how young or old they are, or how far!

The wilds of Africa will always have my heart - but my worldwide explorations have inspired me to find adventure and human connections anywhere.
