I have my Master Cruise Specialist and Luxury Cruises Specialist designation from Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) as well Certified River Cruise Specialist Certificates from Viking, Avalon Uniworld and AMA Waterways.

I stay up to date on the latest travel information and either travel to destinations to learn about them or attend weekly webinars and zoom meetings or attend in-services related to tours that are offered in different countries. I am a Group tour specialist with many companies including Globus and Insight and Collette.
