Lisa Fletcher

Lisa began creating custom itineraries for luxury clients to both Europe and Hawaii back in the early 1980s. Her travel business, Signature Escapes, was known for its high levels of service and engagement through her deep relationships with suppliers and popular weekly electronic newsletter.

Lisa has served the industry she loves in many capacities, including a 2-year stint on the inaugural Advisory Board for Global Travel Marketplace, leading peer-to-peer educational sessions at multiple CruiseWorld conferences and being one of only 3 retail agents asked to participate in the 2017 Hawaii Travel Leadership Forum, hosted by Travel Weekly in Honolulu.

Since 2013, Lisa has dedicated a significant amount of her time and energy to coaching and supporting fellow agents as the mentor for Gifted Travel Network’s new-to-the-industry training program, the Travel MBA. She officially joined the Gifted Travel Network/Global Institute for Travel Entrepreneurs team full-time as Director of Education in June of 2017 and has held diferent roles at GTN - currently Member Experience Specialist. Lisa has become a well-known and highly-respected speaker, motivator, mentor and “mama bear" in the industry.
