Some 30 years ago I went on a wacky, fun escorted tour of Europe and decided I had to get into the travel business. I quit my job, learned a whole new skill set, and here I still am - still loving what I do. Europe is still close to my hear and I enjoy helping clients plan custom tours - one recent client booked an extensive tour of Germany by rail, including a visit to the BMW factory in Munich. I still believe that an escorted tour is a great way to explore Europe, making the most of your valuable time while providing a sociable setting for making new friends. Here in Winnipeg we know all about harsh winters, and beach vacation often fits the bill (it's one of my favourite ways to get away). I love introducing clients to a new island and help them explore a part of the Caribbean which may be a little "off the beaten path." I am a firm believer in continuing education and am continually upgrading my skills and product knowledge, whether it's about the Pacific (Hawaii, Australia, Tahiti, Fiji), new itineraries in escorted tours or new cruise ships coming onto the market. I'm proud to add that I have a lot of repeat clients, who return to me year after year because they tell me they trust me, they feel comfortable with me and know they'll get the service they deserve.
