I caught the travel bug when I was a technical sales engineer for a small software company. At its peak, I traveled over 200,000 miles a year. I figured out what I loved about travel and what I wanted to avoid.

The journey is absolutely a part of the experience -- getting there comfortably is a part of what I love.

Food, wine, culture and architecture are what interest me most. If I had to pick a single destination it'd probably be San Sebastián, Spain -- I might put on a few pounds though. I love Southeast Asia, and Thailand is probably my favorite country to visit.
