A consultant by trade, I’ve had roles all over the US (Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Los Angeles), and have also lived in Sydney, Australia and Lilongwe, Malawi. In addition to extensive travel for work I have been to over 50 countries exploring the best restaurants, experiences and hotels.

Abby listened to our needs and booked us into a location with all of the amentities we were after. The room was already arranged as we requested upon arrival and check in was done on line.

Abby was wonderful to work with! Her responsiveness and insight made it clear that not only was she knowledgeable about Mexico City but was also excited for our trip. Since this was a special trip for us I really wanted to have everything perfect and Abby absolutely delivered. She offered great suggestions and flexibility working with us to get everything in.
I've worked with other travel professionals in the past and none of them can hold a candle to Abby. I won't go on another trip without her and would give her the highest recommendation to anyone that wants to maximize their travel and go beyond the tours, activities and suggestions of Trip Advisor. She made our trip a memorable one and can't wait to work with her again.

Loved working with Abby. She is very customer focused and helps you find the best travel options. Abby found us a great hotel based on our long list of needs for a hotel. The pricing was excellent and our stay came with perks we wouldn't have had without Abby's help. She sent us a long list of tour options for our stay in San Francisco. We selected three of the tours and they were all wonderful. One of the tours had to change their time for our scheduled tour and Abby had quick follow up with us to select a different time that would fit our schedule. We couldn't have received better customer service and look forward to planning our next trip with Abby.

Abby helped plan a trip to Portugal for 6 of us! It was my first time using a travel advisor and now I won't go back. Abby is responsive, organized, and very service-oriented. She found us the most amazing place near Lagos that we wouldn't have even known existed without her. The trip was great and so was working with Abby. I highly recommend her!

Abby was incredibly helpful and great to work with. She was extremely responsive and thoughtful in compiling our itinerary. She made it very easy for my wife and me. Abby simply collected our preferences and suggestions and then quickly came back with a full list of lodging options and potential activities - and her intuition was spot on. Given her extensive hotel and vendor relationships, she was able to secure excellent deals at top tier hotels, and she even left notes and perks for us along the way! We will definitely work with Abby on every big trip going forward, and I will recommend her to all friends looking for a thoughtful, consultative advisor in crafting the perfect vacation!

Abby is fantastic. Here is why:
We actually had to cancel our trip last minute (bummer), and at first I thought we were just out of the trip. I texted Abby and she informed me that we had travel insurance. I had no idea I had trip insurance because I normally do not pay extra for this, but Abby had recommended it due to circumstances and I trust her, so I did for this trip. She handled it all...from the idea of the trip based on the vague criteria I provided her, booking flight and hotel, suggested activities, and the entire cancellation/refund process. Basically, my anxiety could have been 200% and it was 0% thanks to her. I'm already talking to her about future trips because I never want to plan another trip again...it's all up to Abby from here on out. So glad she is on this venture and I am one of her clients!

We have been lucky in our life to stay at many luxury properties but Acqualina was truly the most impressive resort we have stayed at. I worked with Abby to plan a special surprise trip for my husband's 40th birthday. We wanted a place that was luxurious without being stuffy, high-end but still family friendly, and wouldn't take a full day of travel to get to. Wow did she nail it with Acqualina. And the surprises never stopped once we arrived. Abby made sure that the resort knew the trip was in honor of a special birthday and it seemed everywhere we went, people acknowledged the occasion, went out of their way to make us feel extra looked after. Working with Abby was so easy. She is so knowledgeable about the luxury travel space and she had so many great suggestions and recommendations. Her taste is impeccable! She helped me narrow in on the right option, and suggested fun additional touches to make the weekend complete. we love working with Abby!
