Some of my most meaningful memories as a child were built on family trips, when everyone was present, relaxed, and fully in the moment. Those core memories, created away from the noise of everyday life, shaped who I am and inspired me to create a company dedicated to giving others the same kind of unforgettable experiences.

I believe travel should feel seamless, thoughtful, and entirely personal. Luxury, to me, is about simplicity, taking care of everything behind the scenes so our clients can focus on what truly matters. From custom itineraries and private guides to spa appointments, and behind-the-scenes access, my team handles every detail with care and creativity.

Before founding Katie Bean Travels, I spent ten years building and leading the number one-rated concierge service in Orlando. That success did not come from chasing accolades, it came from striving each day to make every client’s experience just a little better than the day before. I now carry that same philosophy into global travel, and into training the incredible team that brings our itineraries to life.
