Cooking and travel are my passions and what I love to do. My culinary background comes growing up in the kitchens of our family restaurants, where I honed my skills and learned from some of the best.

I have also spent over 40 years in the travel industry by planning and hosting trips to my native Italy, as well as teaching others what I know about the food, wines, culture, and lifestyle of my Bella Italia and the surrounding Mediterranean countries.
