Sheena Dersidan

Sheena's passion for culture and connection are at the heart of her love of travel and why she has dedicated her career to helping others experience the world. Taking her first international trip in 2000 to Asia ignited her desire to explore more of the world and help others do the same. Sheena started her 20 year career in travel as a sales executive in the Africa division of a US tour operator, where she worked with overseas suppliers to design unique cultural experiences for clients choosing to explore the continent, making Africa one of Sheena’s specialties.

Committed to staying informed on behalf of her clients, Sheena is an advocate for continued learning in her industry. She regularly attends trade conferences, participates in destination training and has herself led groups on educational trips to Kenya & Egypt.

With a love of the arts and an educational background in interior design, Sheena works diligently to ensure her client's travels are full of authentic, enriching experiences that allow connection with the local culture and customs. Spending time in destination, taking regular trips to the countries she specializes in allows her to be on the pulse of new experiences for her clients. Focusing on Africa, India and exotic destinations around the world, she has traveled extensively to 49 countries on 5 continents, creating on the ground contacts and relationships to ensure her clients have truly unforgettable journeys.
