ABOUT THE OWNER

Hello! My name is Anne M. Smith. I am a romantic at heart and my passion and purpose in life is helping others experience the joy of traveling and celebrating romantic milestone events during their travels. As a DWHSA-Certified Romance Travel Specialist, I become your creative partner in designing a journey that is seamless and as stress-free as possible. From honeymoons, destination weddings, vow renewals, proposals and anniversaries to personal celebrations like birthdays, babymoons, retirements, and educational/career accomplishments, I can help your ideas come to life and provide an experience that is both memorable and unforgettable. I also design travel for small, large and multi-generational families, social groups, family and class reunions, corporate and non-profit groups.

In the industry for two decades, I am a Travel Institute-trained Certified Travel Advisor, Counselor, Industry Executive, and Professional Educator Program instructor (CTA, CTC, CTIE and PEP). I am also a Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Elite Cruise Counselor (ECC), Accessible Cruising, and Cruise Meetings at Sea specialist. I have most recently earned my American Society of Travel Advisor Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) certification. Having earned countless Destination Specialist (DS) certifications, my partnerships with global tourist boards have earned me designated awards such as the 2015 Jamaica Tourist Board Top 50 Travel Agents for the US, CA & UK ranking at #13, the First Place Top Aruba Tourism Authority ACE Producer for Third Quarter 2016, 2018 top sales travel agent for Travel Agent University, and a 2020 Playa Hotels Spotlight Awards attendee.

As an industry educator, I have earned my Certified Hospitality Graduate (CHG) designation and was recently promoted to a Senior Adjunct Instructor position at the community college where I teach multiple courses in the hospitality industry including travel, tourism, cruising, weddings and special events. I love teaching our next generation of industry employees and employers especially with my Entrepreneurial degree which helps to grow and foster businesses and travel companies looking to launch, hire and expand their reach.
