Tina has lived abroad for 20 years from 1996 - 2016, working, studying and raising two children in Brazil, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Switzerland, Belgium and Argentina. Travelling has always been a priority as she is passionate about learning new cultures, languages and traditions. She appreciates historical sights, nature and gastronomic pleasures. She loves visiting museums and world class art shows such as Art Basel and TEFAF in Maastricht in the Netherlands. She is an avid skier with extensive skiing experience in Japan, France and Switzerland. She can speak Portuguese, French and Spanish. Her first trip overseas was a language study program in Nice, France while obtaining a BA in International Business. After working for 10 years with a major multinational company in New York and Brazil, Tina focused her time planning trips for members of newcomers groups in Japan, Switzerland, Belgium and Argentina.

Her favorite travel moments were admiring the outdoor sculpture garden at Foundation Maeght on the French Riviera, drinking caipirinhas on the beaches of Buzios, near Rio de Janeiro, eating a gourmet meal on a mountain top after a day skiing off piste in Courchevel, France, shopping Tokyo’s Sunday shrine sales for beautiful textiles and imari porcelain, hiking in Verbier at 3000 meters in the majestic Swiss Alps, contemplating Buddhism in Bhutan, shopping for local treasures in the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, wine tasting in Mendoza, Argentina and the list goes on…
