Amanda Sauer

Since obtaining my first passport at age six months, I have enjoyed exploring and learning about the world.

Originally an international tax consultant, I gave up my desk job in San Francisco to explore the world first hand as a location independent travel designer. Together, my partner and I traveled the world spending extended amounts of time in various locations to fully immerse ourselves in the destination.

We lived in Argentina, New Zealand, Italy, Thailand and Portugal among many other places. I love getting to know the people and culture through food and cooking. Another passion of mine is wine, which pairs well with my love of food. It isn't a coincidence that the places we live are countries known for their wine and food.
