As a first time cruiser Debbie was helpful in so many ways. 1. she is well organized and helps others to be well organized. explaining the time line for cruise preparations Providing tips, information and answering questions 2. helped to clarify what she could control and what the cruise line controlled 3. She has wonderful empathy for people to understand their needs and helps to solve their concerns. 4. She loves to travel and it shows. 5. She is an open individual, willingly sharing her family and going out of her way to integrate our blended group. This cruise was so nice as a result of Debbie's efforts.

Debbie truly made our 25th Anniversary trip the most memorable ever. She initially worked with us on selecting a destination based upon our wishes. Once that decision was made she went to work making sure all the t's were crossed and i's dotted. She provided valuable suggestions and kept us informed at every step of the process. While on vacation, the resort surprised us with gifts to commemorate our special anniversary, thanks to Debbie. The cherry on top was that she even surprised us with a commemorative frame as a keepsake for our anniversary vacation once we returned. The experience with our World Traveler Service representative was top notch at every turn. I always felt like Debbie listened and sincerely cared that every aspect of our trip went smoothly. Great she was great with ALL the many questions we had.

Debbie did a wonderful job of organizing the trip and getting me seat assignments ( I am not real computer literate) for me. The itinerary was well planned. I did have a gastric upset incident while traveling and Debbie was right there to get me fluids, etc. Lasted only 24 hours but I really appreciated the help and assistance. I was so pleased I am looking forward to my next trip to Ireland with Debbie. I have traveled to China, Europe, Turkey, Greece, England and Canada. This trip was the best and we even had a 2 nite stay in a scottish palace, complete with roaring fire and a wee dram to warm us on our arrival. Great Guides and bus driver. MacKenzie
