My spark to travel was initiated by seeing my parents fulfil their global wanderlust. They travelled to the South Pacific in the 60s and 70s to re-visit some of the places my father had served during World War II. Such exotic places - Australia, Fiji, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Hawaii. The more I saw, the more I wanted to learn about new destinations, cultures and ideas. Becoming a travel agent was the perfect fit for me. I can't think of a career I'd rather have - it's in my blood.
