My first river cruise in Europe was over 30 years ago in my home country of Hungary, and I have since sailed every river in Europe (as well as the Mekong in southeast Asia). I love the concept of unpacking only once, strolling on and off the ship, and the delightful cultural immersion at every port of call, including some of Europe’s most beloved cities.
