Recommended - Working with Tracy was delightful. She is knowledgeable , friendly and very helpful. After helping in putting together a superb trip, she was equally helpful when we had to cancel just prior to leaving due to an accident.

Recommended - Tracy understood what we were looking for in a Galapagos/Machu Picchu tour/cruise. She understood what our expectations of the accommodations, service, food, etc. were and came up with the best trip for us.
