My Background

My love for exploring cultures, environments and foods of the world came from my parents, who met on Hong Kong’s Star Ferry at the beginning of their youthful adventures. My own adventures led me to China, where I lived for 15 years and ventured into the nooks and crannies of Asia. I have worked as a tour director leading groups in China, Mexico, Caribbean, Canada, Alaska, and the Continental US. In 2009, I returned home to Palo Alto to run the travel agency my parents founded. I continue to enjoy traveling to the blank spots on by travel map.
