Courtney always does an absolutely fabulous job !

With only a brief phone visit, Courtney was able to get a great sense of what we were after on our trip to Norway and Sweden. She asked the right questions to help us narrow our focus and find appropriate activities and destinations for our family. She was always prompt about keeping me updated on progress and was able to pull together a fairly complicated and lengthy itinerary without a lot of lead time. She was equally gracious about helping to make last minute changes. I appreciated her follow up after our trip as well, which was fantastic, a far better experience than we could have attempted to put together on our own.

I had never worked with an agent, she made it so easy. Found hidden gems which we love, and worked with us on everything. Any updates we had she would change. I highly recommend her.

Fabulous. She’s very responsive. She listens to what you are interested in doing as opposed to creating a ‘canned’ type visit. She’s very knowledgeable and thinks about costs as well. Definitely going to use Courtney again.

Courtney made planning our honeymoon to Tanzania so easy and great for us --- even though we threw her some curve balls! We contacted Courtney back in 11/2018 to help us plan our belated honeymoon after getting married in 4/2018. Initially we were planning on a trip at the beginning of 2019 - which Courtney put together an itinerary quickly and within our budget. Unfortunately we fell out of touch with Courtney for a few months (our fault), but when we contacted her in 2/2019 she pulled together an itinerary for a trip two months out within a day! Unfortunately it fell through due to work commitments on our part, but yet again, she was able to put together a spectacular itinerary for the third time - which ended up being our trip! Everything about our honeymoon was incredible and perfectly planned - from the exquisite hotels, &Beyond reps greeting us at every airport, unforgettable excursions and more. We will definitively be booking travel with Courtney again in the future!

Courtney helped us plan the trip of a lifetime, our two week honeymoon in Italy. She helped coordinate all the transportation, hotels, and even the fun experiences like a cooking class. We were smart to take her up on her suggestions & personal recommendations, they were all great. The SmartFlyer app helped while we were on the ground in Italy to remember our itinerary and it includes all the tips & tricks (dress code, tip recos, location details).
