our trip to Italy was fantastic we saw so much in such a short time. we were very happy w/Jackie Izzo, she was very professional and followed-thru on everything, even changing our return seats up until the endof the trip

Jackie has always provided the best possible service I could expect from any travel agent . She keeps check on all details of trip until departure and checks after to see if all went well.

From start to the end, Jackie was there every step of the way. I know we asked a lot of questions, but Jackie never got frustrated, Jackie followed up on every question we had with a pleasant friendly professional response. Jackie's approach and response to all details always provided us with a calming effect. Can't say enough positive thoughts we had with Jackie. We are now thinking about an Alaskan cruise and we will definitely give Jackie a call!!!!!!

We really enjoyed the trip! each port of call was very nice. our excursions were great! wish we had more time at each spot. The Veendam ship is nice, but we were disappointed in the service in the dining halls. we also felt the food was good, but we had mush better on the Princess cruise. We would probably choose Princess over Holland America if we cruised again.

Jackie handled all the details for our Dec 10th Avalon River Cruise. Everything went very smoothly. She addressed all our questions & concerns in advance and had all our travel documents prepared one week in advance of departure. Thanks for a great job; we had a wonderful trip!

Jackie assisted my wife and I on planning our honeymoon trip. It was an overwhelming undertaking for us, but Jackie made every step of the way much easier and allowed us to look forward to our trip rather than stress out over planning it. Jackie was helpful from the very start. The whole trip was arranged beautifully and laid out in simple terms. I first tried to make the arrangements myself, and I was getting very overwhelmed and frustrated. Jackie took over and made things simple for me. Everything was taken care of from airline tickets to hotel rooms. She had many good suggestions on what to do and see. It was very easy to get ahold of her by phone or email and she answered my questions and concerns promptly. I strongly recommend using Jackie for your traveling needs.

Jackie was a huge help and weight off our shoulders, not only helping us book hotels and travel between the different cities, but getting us connected with tours we were interested int. She was very responsive, getting back to me quickly every time I had questions and would always let me know if her response would be delayed due to shifting priorities. I went to Jackie for help to find a private day tour for my family while in London. She researched companies and itineraries and found a tour company that was reliable and easy to work with. The result was a memory of a lifetime visiting Stonehenge and Bath with our 6 family members - while having our own car, personal tour guide and driver and flexibility with our schedule. It truly wouldn't have happened without Jackie's professional expertise!

Jackie is a pleasure to work with on all our travel plans, the suggestions she has given have made our lives easier with things like the best days to visit a Theme Park to places to stay that are 4-5 star but not at a 5 star price. Jackie finds travel benefits that I have not when searching on my own, she has even emailed us while on trips to see if everything is okay, I know she is there if we need assistance while traveling, to me that alone makes the use of a Travel agent priceless.
