Nabeel Alateeqi

Travel is pulsing through my veins! Born in Kuwait, I had my first birthday in Egypt and by my mid-20s, I had seen almost all of Western Europe, the United States, the Middle East, the USSR (Russia), Japan, Singapore and a few countries in Eastern Europe. I think travel when I am awake, and dream travel when I am asleep.

In my mid-20s I moved to Canada to finish my medical studies and by my early 30s, I completed my fellowship and started my career as a Gastroenterologist with sub-specialty in liver diseases and the esophagus. In 2002 I moved back to Kuwait to continue my career.

Over the next 12 years I traveled extensively, including three“Round the World” trips, multiple safaris in Africa, five weeks through southern Italy, saw most of Asia and numerous trips to Europe, the United States and Canada. I have been to over 90 countries and countless islands, cities and villages.

In 2012 I moved to Canada, decided to pursue my real passion, travel, as a Luxury Travel Advisor. I left medicine and opened The Luxury Travel Agency, a small boutique agency that caters to luxury travelers from around the world. My specialties include independent travelers, luxury hotels and resorts, food and wine tours, safaris, honeymoons, and unique and highly-customized itineraries.
