Susan Ferrell

Susan Ferrell, President of Travel
Experts, established Travel Experts to help dedicated travel agents reach their
goals and love their careers.  She is
motivated each time she talks to a potential Independent Consultant, able to
present them with an option that makes their business not only more profitable,
but easier and more rewarding. 

After spending more than a decade in
the hotel business as a comptroller at a hotel management company, Susan knew the
inner workings of the travel industry. When the time was right to make a
change, she simply answered a want-ad for a travel agency bookkeeper. She later
moved on to become a business manager at a second agency before opening Travel
Experts in 1989.  Travel Experts would
serve as an umbrella for Independent Consultants at a time when “host agencies”
did not exist.  Over the years, Susan has
been pleased to receive hundreds of unsolicited testimonials that have been
offered by Independent Consultants about their affiliation with Travel
Experts.  Her philosophy and vision for Travel Experts is a reality and in
effect on a daily basis.
