Much of my career (prior to travel) was spent in professional services working with Fortune 500 companies. I look at service standards in a different light than your typical travel agency. I don't believe in a retail turn-n-churn approach. I get to know my clients. I listen to their goals, interests and dreams. Once armed with this information, I get to work designing a trip that's all your own. With no surprises! And memories that will last a lifetime.

On a trip to Alaska, my wife Linda and I had the opportunity to visit Brooks Falls in Alaska’s Katmai National Park. This is a famous remote site in Katmai where grizzly bears fish for Salmon. After a 30-minute bear safety program we were escorted to a viewing platform next to the falls. We were captivated by the fishing techniques these huge bears used to catch salmon in their mid-air flight over the falls.
