We've worked with Dana for more than 30 years. No matter where we want to go, she knows the area and guides us so that we have an amazing experience. She also helps us get the most out of our travel dollars. When we were getting ready to plan a family trip to Europe last summer, our first call was to Dana.

Although our family had an AMAZING experience on our recent Disney cruise, it was unrivaled to the experience we ALWAYS receive with Dana and Warren Place Travel. Dana provided me with her personal cell phone so she could be there for us whenever we needed her, and consistently called to remind us of critical deadlines to book spa treatments, reserve meals, daycare on the ship, etc. She even was so knowledgeable about our ship she hand-picked a stateroom exactly in the perfect spot for us! Dana provided 'insiders tips' to what to expect on the ship, what to bring, and other information I would have never known without someone holding my hand through this process. Dana booked our honeymoon 14 years ago, and has been providing expert service to our family ever since. We can't wait to see what she recommends next, it always turns out AMAZING!

My recent trip to Finland came at a short notice. Dana was prepared, knowledgeable and efficient in providing information to me. She set the trip up on Trip Case making my life easier. Dana has represented my family since the 70's and her actions have always been in keeping within the highest standards for the travel industry. Small ships rule!! Thanks to Dana directing us to Azamara we had one of the most enjoyable vacations ever. Quick boarding and off boarding were a delight. Open meal plan was excellent and the standard beverages more than adequate. We did splurge by going to the speciality dining rooms which were both excellent but not necessary if funds are tight. Dana is a 100% travel partner by guiding us through all the many facets of a long european trip. Her knowledge of her product is exceptional and her service even better. Dana is truly a credit to herself and the travel industry.

For years Dana has been booking dream vacations for us. This year was another great one. She recommended the Majestic in Barcelona and the Four Seasons in Lisbon. Both hotels were spectacular. They were very helpful and provided terrific benefits through Virtuoso. The Four Seasons even gave us a double upgrade to an Imperial Suite. Dana also provided recommendations for sights. She always goes over and above for us, as well as for others we know who use her. We couldn't do it without Dana.

We have not been on our trip yet. When we have travel plans it is to Dana that I turn. She enjoys what she does and it is evident when one is talking with her. She is an expert.

Dana is the best travel advisor I have ever encountered. Her knowledge is phenomenal on, seemingly, every destination. She has excellent connections and has absolutely no problem "pushing" with the management of a travel provider (hotel, cruise, airline, etc) for the betterment of her client's experience.

She always nails it and does such a great job because she has traveled extensively, has likely been to your location and can help you see what you want and need to see and identify problems to avoid. Four of us flew to Oslo, Norway, then on to Kirkenes, Norway to board a Hurtigruten Cruise ship. Dana did a great job of planning our trip and it was a pleasant, worry free vacation. We had one minor problem with a transfer from airport to hotel, but Dana immediately contacted the Cruise line who promptly reimbursed our cab fare. Dana has been planning trips for us for over 25 years and has never let us down!! Keep up the good work, Dana.

Dana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cruise line and travel requirements to the area. She helped with dining arrangements and encouraged me to plan my excursions ahead of time since many of them have limited capacity and are filled before the cruise starts. She made recommendations for hotels and arrangements before and after the cruise. Wonderful to work with.

We went to travel to find a way to view the northern lights. Dana Daza had a lot of experience with such travel herself and with her clients. She put together a package that was reasonably priced, let us see the northern lights, and gave us an acquaintance with Norway. Thanks Dana!
