Having spent many years travelinginternationally in my childhood, I realized early in life how much theworld has to offer. My travels to so many different areas has helped me see that there is not one perfect place as the world is full of them (favorites include New Zealand, Africa, and the UK)! My Virtuoso allows accesses to professional contacts that can give me up-to-date information on areas of interest this combined with 36 years in the travel industry helps me to be sure I arrange trips in the best way possible for each and every client I have the pleasure to work with. From around the world by private jet, to self-drive exploration, I have enjoyed planning trips for all types of travel needs.
In May of 2013 I opened my own office and promised that I will not advertise or market myself due to being lucky enough to have a established group of travelers (that proudly I can call friends). My goal is start their travel process with the same type of excitement as they will feel traveling and bring home wonderful memories that will last a life time.

All of our arrangements were good in Philadelphia. The cruise was very good too. My only complaint was the return trip on US Airways and it was a nightmare!!! 3 broken planes and waiting for a new pilot was too much. I did not get home until 2 am the day after I was supposed to. I won't be flying US Airways anytime soon. Tammy did a good job for me

The location of the resort was perfect. The accommodations could have been better. In the 4 nights we were there, we had no air conditioning and a refrigerator that would not get cold. With a daily trip to the front desk nothing was ever done. We were never offered a chance to even change rooms. The refreshments were only replaced twice. The food was average, however, the waiters around the pools could not have been nicer. They were very attentive.This was not quite what we had hoped for as an anniversary getaway.

We had the best time ever!! When we were getting ready we thought we wouldn't need the 5 day hopper pass but it was so nice to have that many days to leisurely go through the park and not rush around. She was so nice to get everything ready and have it all arranged for us. The hotel was wonderful and the one place that was actually connected to one of the parks. It was so easy to get in and get home quickly after a VERY long day at the park. What a great trip!!!

We liked the Iberostar hotel in Montego Bay very much. The staff was fantastic-couldn't have been better. Each room has it's own butler and they are available 24/7. The food was pretty good too with lots of different kinds of food. The only sort of negative would be that we wanted quiet and it was quite noisy at the pool everyday, but we just went to the beach and didn't worry about it.Tammy Deem was wonderful as always getting us there and back. I would definitely recommend her!

The mark of a great surgeon is not the excellence in daily skill, but the ability to solve the crises when they inevitably arise! Tammy meets that description as an excellent agent of voyages, but has proved her "surgical essence" in the correction of a horrendous problem that arose with one of our reservations--and in less than 24hours. That is the highest praise one can award to anyone confronted by the unexpected and potentially disastrous problem. She is our agent!

We recently took a fabulous vacation all arranged through Tammy Jones-Deem. There was not one flaw in the plans. All of our transfers and tours were perfect - the guides and drivers polite and most knowledgeable. The hotels were both amazing -- locations, service and rooms. And the Seabourn cruise was fantastic. The only way to describe this trip was perfect and we owe it all to Tammy. She was always available to discuss and kept us in the loop on the plans. This wasn't always easy since we were traveling with another family member from out of town and had to adjust some travel dates. Tammy is delightful, smart and competent. We think she is awesome!

Everything went wonderful! First the hotel, Hampton Inn/Downtown French Quarter, you booked us in New Orleans could not have been better. The location, cleanliness, room size, and price were all perfect! We were so pleased. Our 7 day cruise on the Norwegian Dawn was great too. I had to make a trip to Florida to take care of my brother when he got out of the hospital. My flights were well planned and connections made without any effort, going both ways. Best of all, Tammy planned it so well that as the ice storm was moving into the Tyler and Dallas area, my flight got out on time. The Tyler Airport cancelled all flights the were to follow my flight. Then in Dallas Airport, they started canceling flights after my flight left. I just know that it all can be attributed to Tammy's great work.

Trip to a reunion

We had a wonderful time in up state New York for a reunion. The weather was somewhat cooler than Texas. After the reunion we went to Boston for a few days and they had unseasonable warm weather so it was in the 90's. Despite that we had a great time in Boston, what a wonderful city and the people are so friendly. With so much to see, we will have to go back again.

Hi, Tammy! The trip was great! The only really tough part was having to get up in Quito at 11:30 PM to get to the airport (which is way out of town now), to fly via Avianca to San Salvador, and then from Salvador to Guatemala. I suppose COPA would be equally tedious from Quito to Panama to Guatemala--you tell me. Nowadays, the convenient flights are expensive; the less expensive are not designed for convenience! In spite of that, the flights went well, and you planned them well for this nearly seven week business trip. I think of you often, Tammy, and wish you the best! By the way, please tell me about the name "Largay".

Oh my goodness, I had lost my travel information email and texted Tammy at midnight the night before departure hoping she would be able to resend information the next morning even though it was a Saturday. Not only did Tammy respond immediately but I'm sure, got out of bed to email the trip information to me. The problem was entirely my fault but Tammy was gracious and professional in providing the hand-holding I obviously needed for this trip. Planning multiple trips through Tammy this year and next. I respect her knowledge and her willingness to do the research to make each trip, business or personal, effortless for me. Truthfully, I'd be lost without her guidance.

Tammy booked us a trip to Key West staying at the Westin at the end of Greene Street. We had a room with a partial view of the water which was nice. The property itself is lovely and convenient for walking to main attractions like eating, museums, nightlife, etc. We had a great time! She also took care of our flight schedule and rental car which saved us a lot of time!

Oh my gosh, poor Tammy has had her hands full with this trip. Due to a family medical emergency we asked Tammy to reschedule this trip for a few months from now. Then, just last week we added another couple to this trip. Needless to say Tammy has been so very helpful in getting everything rescheduled and then with the additional travelers we have really asked her to accomplish the impossible, which she seems to always do. She is so very gracious about our requests when I know she most likely has to go above and beyond to meet them.
She is a so adept at answering our questions before we ask, and addressing our needs that we don't even know to be concerned about.
Truthfully, I don't think I would tackle travel at all without Tammy working her magic with suggestions, planning, and scheduling.
She is a jewel.

Wonderful! Most importantly, Tammy communicates! She takes and returns telephone calls. She accepts and sends text messages. She reads and responds to emails. She knows what she's doing. Even when you're half way across the world, and you have a problem, she's working at all hours of the day to help you address the issue! She will always be busy because she is so completely responsive to her customer's needs. Tammy takes great pleasure in helping others enjoy their experience, and works to take care of things when things go wrong. I would recommend her without reservation!

AMAZING! I promise you, I will not go on a trip that Tammy has not arranged for me and/or family and friends. My trust in her is unshakeable. She is available when she should be on her own time and is the best problem solver ever.

Tammy is always the consummate professional, knowledgeable and always thinks of the details I don't' even know to think about.
We had a few problems on this trip caused by a Disney computer glitch but Tammy was on the phone immediately to get resolution.

Working with Tammy is nothing but a complete joy. In 2009 my husband and I decided to take our first cruise. Up until that time, we had always made our own travel arrangements. Planning a trip to Europe and making arrangements for a cruise became a little daunting, so we reluctantly realized that we needed the help of a travel agent. As good luck would have it, we fell into the capable hands of Tammy. We soon realized that we had hit the jackpot! She was and is the complete package. Her attention to detail, as well as her genuine concern for us was amazing and so appreciated. Our trip was so wonderful that we called her a year or so later to plan cruise number 2! Since 2009 Tammy has planned 8 cruises for us as well as planning additional excursions before and after each cruise. Every hotel, driver and tour director she connected us with were excellent. I could go on and on about how much I love, respect and appreciate Tammy Jones-Deem, but I'm running out of my allotted words.

As has been her custom over many years, Tammy planned a fabulous trip for my family and I. It was my husband’s and my 50th wedding anniversary and we traveled with 13 family members. This was a huge undertaking for Tammy and she handled every detail to perfection. She dealt with our flights, Celebrity Cruise Line, private tours in every port, 2 days in Rome on the front end of our trip and one day on the back end. Her attention to detail continues to amaze us. She had to deal with a very diverse age group. From a 4 year old to an 81 year old! A fabulous time was had by all! I will never take an out of the country trip without Tammy handling every detail. She has never failed us. She has arranged, I believe, 7 cruises and 2 riverboat cruises for us, and we have never had anything but fabulous trips. I don’t know what else I can say except “Long Live Tammy!!”

Tammy is a dream to work with. All arrangements were great and as planned with one exception not caused by Tammy. The Driver/guide on the trip to see the Arizona repeated an email we had all seen which said you cannot take a bag with you to see the Arizona. We all understood that but did not expect that it included purses which it does. This needs to be better defined. We had a special side tour after the Arizona so the driver pulled us aside and said he would pick us up at 1:30 at the exact spot we were standing after our side tour. We were the only ones taking this out of our original bus group. We were there but he never showed up and claimed we were not where he said to
be even though we were exactly where he said to be. As a result, we missed the balance of our paid for tour and had to hire a taxi to take us back to our hotel.

I have been working with Tammy for almost 10 years. I do not always use a travel agent but when I do I turn to Tammy. She is knowledgeable of everything and thank God she is always willing to talk to you no matter how early in the morning. If I had not used Tammy for my trip I may not have been able to make it. I discovered my passport expired right before my trip. Tammy calmed me down and told me exactly what I needed to do.
She is easy to talk to and will explore things for you which saves so much time for me. I have recommended her to my friends and my former boss and his wife have been clients of hers for a long time. International travel she has got the information you need and will make sure your trip is just what you wanted and needed!
