Our recent trip was extremely well thought out in all areas, thanks to Connie Longabardi. Her assistance in planning where to stay, how to organize our free time and transportation arrangements were excellent. The suggestions provided regarding pre-arranged tours and transfers made our trip so pleasant since traveling in Italy without the knowledge of the language could have been difficult. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and guide and all the planned stops along with the informative expert guides. The location of our hotel in Rome, suggested by Connie, was the perfect location and gave us additional time in the heart of the city. Having someone to contact when a piece of luggage of delayed in reaching us provided us with support and knowledge that we had someone to help with this situation. We were very satisfied with the service, support and suggestions that Connie provided to make our trip extra special!!

I had a wonderful vacation. The air travel went smoothly and I appreciate the wheelchair assistance. The only inconvenience was transfer from the Venice airport to the hotel. We were booked for a group transport and a private transport would have been better. That said, the hotel was lovely and I would stay there again. It was in a good location, the hotel management was wonderful, and they provided a delicious breakfast each morning.

Very helpful with planning trip, esp. With itinerary. Made several excellent suggestions about how to spend the day and maximize the trip without getting worn out.

The Pizza Family was very pleased with Restorative Travel! From the planning of our cruise to the execution for a family of 6 there were no worries! When we arrived on the ship we had all our necessary documents thanks to Connie and it was smooth sailing. She prepared us well! She let us know exactly what we needed to know about boarding, once we were on, excursions, meals, activities and more. Opening the door to our spacious rooms and to see her surprises waiting for us was also a wonderful way to start our first cruising experience! My group and I had a great time. The property that Connie picked for us was fabulous. She knew exactly what type of trip we were looking for and what would work best with the age differences, which was 26 to 80. Connie had everything arranged for us - from the pickup at the airport to all our dinner reservations. It was a wonder experience and we felt like we were living life styles of the rich and famous. This trip is not the first trip that we booked with Connie and it certainly will not be our last. I highly recommend her to all my family, friends and business associates.

Connie made our trip completely stress free. She contacted me several times during our travel. If we had a question or problem she answered me right away. She also followed up after the trip for feedback. She is very professional, informative and provided a flawless service

Our trip to Ireland was an amazing journey that began in Dublin. We were picked up at the airport by our tour guide Jonny, from CIE International tours. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable in Irish history. He took us to see so many wonderful sites and explained in great detail what we were seeing each day along the way. He was a pleasure & really made our trip a very special journey. Our hotels were incredible. Each one better than we ever expected them to be. In particular, Hayfield Manor in County Cork, was not only beautifull, but also a warm and welcoming place. The staff could not do enough to make our stay so special. The Dromoland Castle was another place that we absolutely loved. It was like staying at Downton Abbey! The grounds of the estate were spectacular and so much to see and do right there at the Castle. We were also very pleased with The Europe Hotel in Killarney and The Westbury in Dublin. This was definitely a trip to remember!

Connie did a wonderful job planning our trip from the beginning to the end. She arranged for all our ground transportation and our cruise planning. The drivers were professional and on time and a pleasure to deal with. The cruise was wonderful and everything that was promised. We would definitely book through Restorative Travel again for their professionalism and wonderful service to the traveler.

Connie is extremely helpful not only when I was booking my trip but during and after. She called before departure to help with check in, plan excursions and remind us of documentation to have and bring. She also promptly called when we returned to get feedback on the trip. This type of personalize service service is very hard to find these days and very much appreciated.

Connie was our first experience ever using a travel agent. She was a referral from my sister-in-law, and I am grateful for having chosen to work with her. She planned the most incredible honeymoon to Hawaii for my husband and I. The hotels were all 4 plus stars, in great locations, with beautiful grounds and amenities. She also got us car rentals and knew exactly which islands we would want to have upgrades to convertibles. Our flights both to and from NY, and the inter-island flights were seamless (and when I was planning this was my biggest stressor). I will definitely be using Connie again in the near future for any trips that we take, along with referring her to friends and family members. Thank you Connie!

but i wanted to be sure I was choosing the right place. I had used connie in the past and was very happy. Her years of experience and travel make me feel confident that my hard earned vacation will be a good one. Any resort can post nice pictures, but there are too many horror stories to not use an expert, and Connie is an expert.

She was excellent. Very professional, and knowledgeable. I had little knowledge of cruising, and Ms. Longabardi was there to walk us through all the steps required by the cruise line. We picked our hotel in Seattle, and Ms. Longabardi took care of everything else (i.e. Our plane flights, all our transportation to and from airport, hotel, and pier), and of course, our cruise to Alaska. She was a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to working with her on future vacations.

Connie always takes very good care of us. She does all the research required, prices out the trip giving us different options. She takes care of the payment and registration and follows up when we have finished our trip. If we have had any issues with the tour or cruise, she follows up on that as well.

Concetta was diligent in planning our trip and welcomed our thoughts and ideas regarding hotels in Rome. She ensured we had an exceptional driver/tour guide in Rome; Fabio made our Rome experience very special. When my mom became ill during the cruise, Concetta was immediately in touch with the medical insurance carrier and Alitalia to facilitate a smooth return to the USA. We so appreciate the time and personal care Concetta took to plan our trip and assist when the unexpected happened away from home. The Alitalia personnel on the ground and aboard the aircraft were absolutely exceptional. They treated my mother like she was part of their family and we will never forget their professionalism, compassion and kindness. Thank you.

Connie has been planning my trips for years and I'm happy every time. She listens to what I want (to stay and visit), gives options, gives her POV but never pushes. It's a pleasure working with her and I wouldn't go to any other agent!

As usual, working with Connie is always a pleasure. It is not easy to put together a trip for such a large group (15) but Connie always manages to get it done from booking air to hotels as well as putting together an itinerary that works for everyone and works for everyone's budget. Connie is like family to us and we are family to her. Every possible detail from being picked-up at the airport to each sightseeing tour was arranged in advance by Connie. The properties that she recommends are always excellent. She has great insight on what would work on a trip and what does not work. I have been using Connie's services for well over 25 years. Working with Connie was a pleasure.... we had a trip to Italy and Greece that included a 7day Windstar cruise and 2 days pre cruise in Tuscany and 2 day post cruise in Santorini and Athens.... there were 6 couples but Connie expertly and efficiently was able to plan all the details including transfers and shore excursions , car rentals, hotels, etc... for all of us... we drove her crazy because we all we’re doing different things.... Connie patiently attended to all of us individually and collectively to make sure that every detail was taken care of.... we all had a great time and there were no snafus.... not easy for a trip of this magnitude with 6 different couples.... I recommend her highly! She was great!

Connie helped us plan our late honeymoon/1st anniversary trip to Italy for two weeks. It was spectacular!!! Connie was very responsive and helpful in the planning process. Before traveling, we received a packet with everything we needed for the trip and more! The trip was perfect! The hotels were nice, all the transfers and transportation was arranged. I just needed to be at the pickup spot on time and we would be carried off to our next location! We had a great trip. She planned for us to visit all of the places we had on our list and recommended some other places we should try- all great suggestions! We appreciate her time and dedication to making sure we had such a memorable time on our first trip to Italy! Highly recommend!
