Marty Gianni

I have had over 50 years of industry experience, specializing in upscale cruises, but also offering world-wide land tours, adventure travel and high end hotel reservations.

I began my career in San Francisco with P & O Lines (the parent company of Princess Cruises) in 1963. In my 10 years with the company I served in a reservations sales capacity, serving direct clients as well as travel agents. I also worked aboard ship in the shore excursion department, furthering my knowledge of the world's leading travel destinations.

From P & O I moved to Royal Viking Lines, the premier luxury cruise line of its time, where I worked not only in sales, but with SKALD Club members, Royal Viking's repeat guests.

My experience with past passengers has served me well in developing great relationships with my clients and building my own business. Marty Gianni Travel Consultants, which was based in San Francisco for over 15 years, relocated to Larkspur, California in Marin County in 1998 and since 2014 the agency has continued to grow in Tucson, AZ. I attribute the great success of my business, not only to my membership in Virtuoso, but to my warm personal relationships with my clients and valued suppliers.
