Working with Roberto was such a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped my husband and I plan our trip with 3 college age young adults to Rome, Florence and Venice. He was a pleasure to deal with! He even contacted us while in Italy to make sure everything was going well and gave us some more suggestions for dining. Great experience.
