Lauren Saiger Machowsky

Born and raised in New York, Lauren developed an itch for travel at a very young age going on trips with her parents. After college she took a turn working in corporate finance but quickly learned this was not her path. She went back to NYU and earned her Master's degree spending time living with families abroad to get a feel for their culture. Lauren is fluent in multiple languages, which she learned and refined during her travels throughout the world. When she’s not planning travel, she’s traveling to some of her favorite destinations including Africa, the Galapagos Islands, Peru, Greece, Italy, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia. More than just a traveler, Lauren is an explorer of all things within each destination that she visits. She and her husband have two toddlers Lily and Max who have traveled both domestically and internationally with future trips already in the pipeline.
