Marcia Carlow 

Marcia Carlow is an excellent travel advisor.  I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend.  She found a solution for our desire to cruise to Alaska again.  I would not recommend Princess nor would I cruise on Princess again.  The balcony cabin is small compared to other balcony cabins I have occupied on other cruise lines.  The shower stall, in particular, is very small.  The food was not memorable.  The Princess Production shows were good; other entertainers were mediocre.  Many procedures didn't make sense, i.e., requiring a ticket to take the tender.  You could not obtain the ticket in advance of your tour and only if all members of your group was present.  The procedure was discontinued at 11 am.  Nevertheless we enjoyed ourselves and have no regrets as we achieved our goal of returning to Alaska once again.

Marcia was wonderful. She always anticipated every question and had the answer before we could ask the question. So helpful with all the information for flights, airport terminal maps, etc. Would ask for her help on other trips and would certainly recommend her to family and friends. Feel she helped make this trip memorable.

Was very pleased overall with the trip. Marcia always got back to me on a timely basis to answer all questions. I would use Marcia again. I didn't realize the clout a travel agent had in booking the upscale restaurants far ahead. Stateroom location was great. We were also satisfied with Travelbound our transfers. She did try to give us information about the ports which was helpful. One problem with Oceania was they refused ahead of time to inform us or Marcia if shuttles would be available from the ship to the port. We were not informed until late the night before the port. Pretty hard to plan in that situation. Very frustrating. On one ship tour through Oceania to Stonehenge (over 2 hours from the port) a stop was made to a Cerne Abbas - an outline on a hill. This was a major waste of time, an hour out of the way, no restroom stop was provided. More time would have been well spent having some time to eat something at Stonehenge. Need time to eat.

Marcia has done a fabulous job on each cruise she arranges. We just returned from a cruise around the Hawiian islands which was a spectacular experience.
