As a CEO for 20+ years, my responsibilities included paying attention to EVERY detail. Whether I am planning a yacht vacation or assisting a traveler plan a special birthday surprise in the UK, I still practice this attentiveness for the benefit of my clients.
My love of the nautical life has taken me all over the world. I have captained my own Cheoy Lee, through the waters of the Midwest, U.S., S. Atlantic, through the Caribbean and down to the West Indies.
My hands-on yachting experience gives me a unique understanding of the complexity of yachting and the importance of attention to detail. My extensive contacts in the yachting industry include the best captains, chefs, brokers, suppliers, and crew; making every aspect of the yacht charter experience exquisite.
I am a member of the Voyages Community to make sure my knowledge of all types of experiences on the water whether it be Oceans, Rivers, Lakes or Canals are well planned, customized and as best as can be.
For several years I have been studying and experiencing optimum health and wellness. My membership in the Wellness Travel Community benefits my clients as we consult about their worldwide wellness practice.

My trip was very pleasant and well planned. I decided I wanted an earlier flight than was originally booked. The team helped me find a cheap effective way to change my flights. I had no problems and was very happy with the service provided to me.

Everything on this trip was just fabulous, just as we had hoped. The Fairmont in Banff and Vancouver were top notch hotels in amenities, food & service. The breakfasts were so good. Rocky Mountaineer was a train trip of a lifetime: give lots of credit to the perfect weather AND the terrain variety. The staff on the Rocky was exceptional and their commentary was exceptionally valuable. Food was also very good. Our driver in Vancouver was incredible & informative and so very nice. He added so much to our enjoyment of the city. One of the greatest trips ever! Thaks, Lisa.

Lisa did a great job coordinating all activities. If we did have any issues, she was ale to take care of them right away. A very relaxing fun trip and we will use her again and again and really like the Wynn Hotel in Vegas

We have worked with Lisa on several trips and she has always done an excellent job. She has helped us with " impossible " requests like changing cabins on a cruise, as well as more routine matters.
Once we were stranded out of the country on a trip she had not even planned. Late on a Saturday night she found a way home for us.
You will not find more professional assistance.

Lisa Prosser is tops and fun to work with. She made our weekend a success. I mentioned to Lisa we were planning a May visit with our son & family (2 under 3) in San Jose. Presto, she made arrangements at Lake Tahoe Ritz-Carlton and provided first-hand knowledge of activities at the hotel and surrounding area. Great rooms in a great hotel.
Lisa leaves nothing to chance; all travel details are planned and taken care of. Nor does she forget to remind the forgetful travelers of check-in times, flight changes, etc. She is a professional partner for our trips.

Lisa helped us plan our recent Cruisetour to Alaska. She did a great job selecting a cabin for us and setting us up with Club Class Dining. She also made our flight arrrangements and handled getting us an insurance policy.
