Over the past decade, I have traveled extensively through Asia.
As a Cruise and Vacation specialist, I have passionately been involved in the travel industry for over three decades and simply want to share my wonderful travel knowledge with you.
I’m a travel expert for all corners of the world with unique knowledge and expertise in the Orient, including China, Japan and Indo-China along with South America, Africa, India, and Europe.
I love to create new, unique travel experiences for my clients. My goal is to help you see the world in ways you never knew possible, and see destinations a new light. One of my favorite personal vacations was a recent trip to India. The trip included a visit to Ananda, a yoga retreat located in the tranquil Himalayan foothills, as well as a stay in a tented camp in Jawai, where we looked for leopards. A much different trip than the busy hustle and bustle most people envision when they think of India, this is just one example of an out-of-the-box trip I can create for you.

Superior service.....outstanding staff

The Hotel was superior with a superior staff. Large and very grand, as the name implies, located in the heart of Paris surrounded by amazing shops. The interior of the hotel is large and spacious and The Cafe de Paix is a rare beauty with lavish service and outstanding food. Rooms were spacious and cleaned very well each day. We had the privilege of using the Club Level, which in my estimate was the nicest we have ever used. Some of the best French pastries in Paris, with a full bar, cappuccino/espresso machine, wine, gourmet cheeses, breads, a full service breakfast (best omlets in Paris) and delightful evening snacks, which I noticed some guests substituting for a meal. Truly, a lovely hotel located in a lovely section of Paris. It receives an A rating with my family, I highly recommend it.

As an Event Planner for 10 years, I have some inside knowledge to be able to critique a travel professional's performance. Joyce is without a doubt the most professional person I have ever dealt with. She solves a problem before you are even aware that one exists. She is always available by email or telephone, even on weekends, and always has time for any and all questions. I can't praise her enough, and your organization should be grateful to have such a person representing you.

One of the best trips we have ever experienced....the help we received before our trip, beyond our expectations!, Our trip advisor was one of the most knowledgeable and experienced agents we have ever delt with. Reflection: very clean, top maintenance. Ship still looks new. Staff very friendly. Prices for extras getting expensive. Almost no bottle of wine under $ 40.00 (plus 18% Service charge) most of them > $ 60.00. Speciality Restaurants raised prices again. Murano now $ 50.00 p.p.!!! All in all good experience. Repeaters do however note little cut-downs of extras year by year.

We have had the pleasure of working with Joyce over 5 years now . We got to know each other by chance while trying to book a Crystal Cruise for the first time. Joyce has since then, arranged for us, numerous cruises and vacations to all parts of the world. She is always reachable considering we do not even reside in the US (in Canada). Joyce is very helpful in arranging any and all facets of our trip, and is always trying to come up with the most cost effective option, whether it is the hotel, transfers, cruise-lines or air connections. She has done and seen almost everything and this experience has proven valuable over and over again. She has connections to all the important people in any organization who can arrange upgrades, discounts, and assorted specials and very often can come up with surprises and bonuses. Should anything go wrong anytime, she can sort out any problem with the most favorable results. We totally trust her. Who can ask for anything more?!!

Joyce recently booked a trip for us on the Crystal Serenity. We normally make our own reservations, but Crystal transferred us to her to book a cruise. We are glad they did! Joyce answered all of our questions in a timely manner and more importantly, accurately. We have never dealt with a travel consultant who is as thorough and detailed as Joyce. She made sure that all we had to do was board the ship and enjoy the cruise, which we did immensely! Joyce is by far the best travel consultant we have ever used to plan a trip. She will be the first person we call when we want to book our next trip, especially our next cruise!

We just came back from a Crystal California cruise. All went extremely well. Crystal has improved on some areas since our last cruise with this specific ship, which is hard to believe is possible. Joyce planned the perfect flight connections and recommended the perfect hotel which we just loved after our cruise in lovely San Diego.
