International travelers from outside the EU can obtain their refund in-store through a simple and personalized process and save up to 15.7% of the value of their purchases with no minimum spend. As a unique advantage of a department store, at El Corte Inglés you can accumulate all your purchase tickets in a single Tax-Free form and reach a higher percentage of refund. After completing your purchases, present your official document proving your residency in our exclusive tax refund spaces, where you can choose your preferred refund method, including instant refund.
 
APPROVE
Prior to check-in, present your completed Tax-Free form, with your travel documents and purchased goods to obtain Customs approval at the self-validation kiosks (DIVA). Customs validation stamp must be made in the last city before leaving the European Union.
 
REFUND
For an automatic refund, check that the payment details on the Tax-Free form are correct. Remember that you can obtain your instant refund in selected stores of El Corte Inglés, avoiding the procedure at the airport or port.
