Lanai Air services Honolulu International Airport inbound flights arrivals between the hours of 6am-6pm daily, based upon availability. Flight arrivals outside of these hours will require alternate accommodations or arrangements and will be the responsibility of the guest.

Deposit and Cancellation Rules:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. At the time of booking, a two-night deposit will be debited from the booking credit card. If guest's stay is only one night, only one night's deposit is required.
Guest room bookings: All changes and cancellations must be received by 6:00 pm Lanai time at least 21 days prior to expected arrival date, or the Resort will retain the deposit. The same penalty applies to no-shows. If a confirmed stay is shortened fewer than 21 days prior to expected arrival, the Resort will retain one night's deposit.
Specialty Suite bookings (Palawai, Makai, Manele, Kapiha’a, Hulopo’e Ali’i Suite): All changes and cancellations must be received by 6:00 pm Lanai time at least 30 days prior to expected arrival date, or the Resort will retain the two-night deposit. The same penalty applies to no-shows. If a confirmed stay is shortened fewer than 30 days prior to expected arrival, the Resort will retain one night's deposit.
