The Views- Beautifully renovated rooms in The Views feature a panoramic oceanfront view from private balconies with nearly-invisible glass railings.
The Cabanas- Completely reimagined, The Cabanas is our contemporary SoCal social and music hub, steps from the shimmering pool and Sun Deck.
Beach Village - This is a neighborhood of fully renovated one, two and three bedroom luxury rooms and suites. Cottages are located in the front row and Villas are located in the back row of buildings.
Shore House at The Del- (opened Sept 2022) – This luxury neighborhood features one two and three bedroom seaside villas.
Victorian Building - The original iconic hotel. Restoration of The Victorian Building rooms will take place in 2024. Fully revitalized accommodations will continue to be available in The Del’s other four neighborhoods: The Views, The Cabanas, Beach Village and Shore House.
